Payment is due at time of service. Acceptable forms include: credit card and  flexible/health savings account . 


If we are NOT in network with your insurance company, don't worry, we will check your insurance company to see if you have out of network benefits. 


If we are not in network with your insurance provider  and you DO have out of ne

If we are not in network with your insurance provider  and you DO have out of network (OON) benefits on your plan;

YOU ONLY PAY THE COINSURANCE AMOUNT AND WE GET REIMBURSEMENT FROM YOUR INSURANCE FOR THE REST. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT AND WE HANDLE INSURANCE SUBMISSIONS THROUGH THRIZER.


 If you DON'T have out of network benefits, you will be responsible for the out of pocket cost.

To establish care, we require a FREE 15-30 min phone consultation.


We then set up a patient portal in our HIPPA compliant EMR, Therapy Notes, for you to access the intake documents. 


For OUT OF NETWORK benefits, you will also be required to set up a profile int Thrizer and will pay your co-insurance (like a  copay) thought that portal. All

Once we receive ALL OF THE COMPLETED intake documents, we review your paperwork, check you insurance benefits, and match you with a clinician. If your clinician has any additional questions, they may reach out to you directly.

Once we have all the needed information and you are aware of your benefits/payment expectations, we will email you with the clinician's open availability and set up your first appointment.
