Must be licensed or soon to be licensed in the state of NH. LMHC, LMFT, or LCISW.
We hope to hire a skilled clinician to work at a growing, outpatient, holistic based mental health practice. This is an exciting opportunity to provide a holistic approach to treatment for individuals and families 

Work 10-15 hours per week - potential to increase hours over an 8 month period. Pay is $55 per billable hour. This is a W2 position with benefits. 

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients in person, in the office in Epping, New Hampshire. There may be some options to work remotely in the future but it is on a client by client basis. 
• Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate. 
• Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.
• The Clinician is responsible for establishing clear treatment goals and clinically appropriate recommendations for treatment and interventions
• The Clinician is responsible for keeping timely and up to date documentation. 

PRACTICUM/INTERNSHIP: LMHC ONLY.

NOT currently taking applications for 2025. We will be taking applications again in 2026.

Remote but must live in New Hampshire. 

\We are seeking a part time, flexible, Clinical Billing Assistant that works remotely. 

This position is flexible and does change/flex due to the rate of intake requests and need for insurance/billing maintenance , therefore, it can be anywhere from 8-10 hours per week, depending on the aforementioned variables.
Pay is $20 per hour with benefits. W2 position. 

Responsibilities

• Returning phone calls and messages from the main phone line (google voice) and the general email (gmail).
• Communicating with patients about schedules and other administrative data points such as credit cards on file and document completion.
• Maintaining a wait list and following up with patients when spots become available.
• Assisting with the administrative side of the new patient intake process. 
• Contacting Insurance companies to confirm patient benefits. 
• Submit insurance claims and follow up with insurance companies on unpaid claims.  
•  Accounts receivable and maintaining patient payment accounts.
