The Intake Process

Payment is due at time of service. Acceptable forms include: credit card and  flexible/health savings account . 


If we are in network with your insurance company, you will be responsible for your coinsurance/copay amount, which differs per insurance provider and plan. Don't worry, we will check this for you! 


If we are not in network with y

If we are in network with your insurance company, you will be responsible for your coinsurance/copay amount, which differs per insurance provider and plan. Don't worry, we will check this for you! 


If we are not in network with your insurance provider  and you have out of network (OON) benefits on your plan;

YOU are responsible for paying the full private pay rate of $155 for intake and $128 for individual routine sessions.


For  patients utilizing OON insurance,  you will be sent a monthly superbill for your paid invoices that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

To establish care, we require a FREE 15-30 min phone consultation.


We then set up a patient portal in our HIPPA compliant EMR, for you to access the intake documents. There is also an app you can download if you so choose. 


For in network insurance patients, you will also be required to set up a portal through our insurance billing software

For in network insurance patients, you will also be required to set up a portal through our insurance billing software, Headway. This is a one time requirement and only needs your insurance and a  payment card on file.

Once we receive ALL OF THE COMPLETED intake documents, we review your paperwork, check you insurance benefits, and match you with a clinician. If your clinician has any additional questions, they may reach out to you directly.

Once we have all the needed information and you are aware of your benefits/payment expectations, we will email you with the clinician's open availability and set up your first appointment.
