If you have another insurance provider and you have out of network (OON) benefits on your plan;
YOU are responsible for paying the full private pay rate of $155 for intake and $128 for individual routine sessions until you meet your deductible. Once the deductible is met, you will continue to submit duper bills to your insurance and they will send you a reimbursement check.

For in network insurance patients, you will also be required to set up a portal through our billing software, Headway. This is a one time requirement and only needs your insurance and a card on file.
For patients utilizing OON insurance, you will be sent a superbill for your paid invoices that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Once we receive ALL OF THE COMPLETED intake documents, we review your paperwork, check you insurance benefits, and match you with a clinician. If your clinician has any additional questions, they may reach out to you directly.
